About Me

Welcome to my psychotherapy practice. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and psychotherapist based in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. I have dedicated the past decade to the study of psychological trauma, its impact on individuals and communities, as well as the best available treatments to understand and heal from overwhelming, distressing experiences and painful relationship patterns.

My past work experience includes outpatient, inpatient, residential treatment, community-based, and school-based settings with adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I currently see individuals (18+) and couples in my practice.
